My Two Favorite *Free* Workout Routines
#1) Tony Horton p90x Full Body Workouts
A few years ago I bought all of the p90x workouts, and I still use them today! However, if you’re not sure it’s right for you, Tony Horton has a bunch of free YouTube workouts you can check out before you take the leap. One of my favorites is just 10 minutes long, and I like pairing it with a short run outside or on the treadmill. One of the things I like about Tony Horton’s workouts it that he usually gives you a easy, medium, and difficult version of each exercise, so you can pick which one works best for you.
On days I’m also running I do this one: 10-Minute Full Body Workout
On days I’m not running I do this one: 30-Minute Full Body Workout
#2) Tone It Up Total Body HITT Workout
My next favorite workout, which I also pair with a run, comes from the women at Tone It Up. Do not be fooled. This is no girly workout. It’s only 13 minutes, but it gets your heart rate racing and works every inch of your body. Plus, each move lasts only 30 seconds and then you move to the next one. It is one of my go-tos! **I know Lululemon is expensive, but it’s so worth it! The clothes feel like you’re wearing nothing and last forever. And I’ve never spent my own money there… I always ask friends and family for Lululemon gift cards on Christmas and birthdays!
