This recipe comes from the talented and witty @primal_gourmet (you guys follow him, RIGHT?!) and can be found on his website cookprimalgourmet.com. The ingredient list is simple and serves four people: 1 sweet potato, 2 avocados, 4 eggs, cayenne pepper, fresh chives, avocado oil, white vinegar and for the Hollandaise sauce all you need is 1 egg yolk, water, lemon juice, salt and ghee.
